Job Description

We are looking for a Growth Manager to define and implement business development and growth strategies for Special Projects across the group websites. This role will involve close collaboration with the Director of the Special Projects value stream to analyze and establish market-leading strategies for growth opportunities and business development. You will drive internal and external research and collaboration to prioritize focus areas for roadmap planning and identify business growth and expansion opportunities within the dynamic landscape of the travel and leisure industry, aligning with company strategy and OKRs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director to drive business and development strategy for the Special Projects value stream.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of economic, product, and market data.

  • Perform business case analysis on projects and growth opportunities.

  • Provide competitor and market data insights and analysis.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders within the group to define priorities and allocate necessary resources.

  • Plan roadmaps and manage special projects effectively.


  • Excellent data analysis and analytical skills.

  • Strong project management capabilities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and data extraction/visualization tools.

  • Good understanding of the holiday market with a proven track record.

  • Experience working in OTA/tour operator environments in senior roles.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business management or development roles.
