Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to execute content campaigns that support our short- and long-term marketing goals
  • Create a content campaign calendar and content plan, and manage required resources to bring our campaigns to life
  • Ensure that all of our messages are properly translated into content for our different channels and target groups
  • Adapt our content assets and the campaign messages to our different marketing channels, always ensuring consistency and high quality
  • Track the performance of the campaigns and report relevant metrics to all stakeholders
  • Own the creation and manage the activation of content across channels
  • Build and deliver weekly and ad hoc newsletter plan for brand and market assigned
  • Work closely with a wider trading team to agree focus and priorities.
  • Review and support the performance of all “response-based” and “customer lifecycle” campaigns.
  • Build up knowledge and test key messages through e-mail marketing and measure success of campaigns.


Skills and Experience


  • 2+ years experience in content marketing and channel management
  • Excellent understanding of content distribution and content management
  • Exceptional understanding of how to optimize content for success on different platforms: formats, copy, metrics, KPI
  • Ability to analyse the performance of content using digital marketing analytics and tools
  • Strong conceptual planning and creative vision
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in travel and/or e-commerce is a plus
  • Strong team player working across various business units
  • Strong organisational, planning and analytical skills.

  • In depth understanding of web analytics tools
  • Experience of the online Travel sector
  • Financial and commercial acumen with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and to manage different projects and priorities at the same time
  • Organized, with can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn and able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude 
  • Creative, with a passion for powerful storytelling
  • Proven track-record of managing an international 360 digital campaign 
  • Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Optimove is a plus.
