Job Description

As a Senior PHP Programmer at lastminute.com, you will utilise your knowledge of CRM systems to design and maintain our web-based CRM application cruise
system. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen our
customer engagement platforms, boost data management, and raise system
performance as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, test, and maintain robust PHP applications, ensuring high
performance, security, and scalability.
● Collaborate with the software development team to design and implement
CRM solutions tailored to our business needs.
● Integrate CRM systems with existing applications and databases, ensuring
seamless data flow and user experiences.
● Troubleshoot and debug complex PHP and CRM-related issues, identifying
and implementing practical solutions.
● Optimize and improve the efficiency of existing codebase and applications.
● Work with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements and
specifications.
● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to PHP
development and CRM.
● Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to promote skill
development within the team.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
preferred.
● Minimum of 5 years of professional PHP development experience.
● Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated
web technologies.
● Proficiency in working with popular PHP frameworks such as Laravel or
Symfony.
● Extensive experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or
similar.
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration methodologies.
● Solid understanding of database design and optimization techniques.
● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
● Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
● Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software
solutions.
