Job Description

As part of the Enterprise Risk Management & Controls Function, we are looking for an experienced compliance specialist to ensure that our operations comply with legal regulatory standards, procedures, and policies. Your duties will include documenting and evaluating compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be in charge for the monitoring of all the compliance risks included in the Group’s Risk Register;
  • Consulting with the legal department;
  • Perform continuous controls activities on the application of rules and mitigation actions suggested by the legal department and related to compliance risks;
  • Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations;
  • Maintaining records of compliance activities;
  • Update the Group’s risk register according to the findings;
  • Collaborate with the Risk Manager in order to support the annual risk assessment activities;
  • Preparing and filing compliance reports.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of compliance.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, frameworks (i.e. 231) and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Experience in risk management activities preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Italian.
  • Documenting and reporting skills.
