Job Description

Forward is looking for a Digital Media Intern for its Media Department based in Chiasso.

You will be part of the in-house Trading Desk task force and an essential part of the wider Forward team.
Your role will consist of managing, planning, optimising, reporting and analysing digital campaigns (buy-side)  in our markets worldwide. You will understand digital media trading models and generally be comfortable with working in a fast paced and fluid environment that responds to market demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage set-up, monitoring and optimization of mainly programmatic digital campaigns (such as Display/Video/CTV/DOOH/Audio) based on client’s KPIs working closely with operations team and external providers
  • Monitor and optimize campaign metrics for delivery and KPIs; provide detailed reports and analysis on campaign delivery and performance 
  • Gain insights on objectives, KPIs, strategies, audiences, to ensure tactical buys deliver against goals
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, understanding funnel conversion rates and channels to suggest optimizations
  • Work with Data team to understand all aspects of client’s audiences
  • Provide support to our operations, sales/client teams to plan and execute campaigns
  • Proactive in following up on sales/client team requests with a key awareness of client KPIs and deadlines
  • Provide technical support when required – i.e. campaign trafficking and troubleshooting
  • Support the Digital Media Planner in planning digital campaigns and in further developing the Trading Desk area
  • Support in further developing internal processes.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience
Essential

  • English literate (both written and spoken)
  • Intermediate/ Advanced Excel Skills and highly analytical
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite

Desirable

  • Experience in online advertising, digital media campaigns, programmatic advertising
  • Experience in Media Planning
