Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for a Junior HR Administration Intern for its People Team based in Chiasso. The position will be an 8 months contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting day by day HR Administration activities for Swiss an Italy based employees
  • Checking and managing time cards: presence/absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays, other leaves
  • Maintaining the accuracy of HR systems data through monthly check
  • Introduction to payroll management with interface with external providers (CH & ITA).

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

  • At least 6 months experience in HR Administration & Payroll teams
  • Good in English (speaking, reading comprehension and writing)
  • Degree in Economics or similar fields.

Abilities/qualities 

  • Attention to detail
  • Proactivity and problem solving skills
  • Good team player.
