Job Description ricerca per l’headquarter di Chiasso un geometra che contribuisca all'ottimizzazione degli spazi di lavoro sia presso la sede Svizzera sia presso le sedi dislocate in Europa. 

Le principali responsabilità saranno relative all’esecuzione e messa a norma degli spazi lavorativi.


  • Individuazione di tutta la documentazione tecnica necessaria, della messa a norma dell’esistente e di quanto oggetto di nuovi progetti, gestione delle pratiche e della normativa con le Autorità preposte, gestione della relazione con la proprietà degli stabili o con i fornitori degli spazi lavorativi
  • Individuazione dei fornitori, negoziazione delle migliori condizioni, controllo dello stato di avanzamento lavori e finalizzazione dei progetti interni alle migliori condizioni economiche, logistiche e di minore impatto verso la regolare attività lavorativa
  • Gestione e coordinamento delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.



  • Esperienza pregressa presso aziende simili o altre organizzazioni strutturate nella divisione Facility/Espansione o in studi tecnici o di architettura di almeno 2 anni
  • Conoscenza e comprovato interesse alla piu recente evoluzione degli ambienti lavorativi (hot desking, flexible space, communal areas, phone booths, meeting boxes, virtual meeting rooms, ...)
  • Diploma in Geometra 
  • Forte attenzione al dettaglio e senso critico
  • Massima flessibilità e spirito di adattamento.
