Lastminute.com is looking for a Project management specialist for its IT Governance & Corporate Projects team. We are looking for motivated problem solvers and challenge lovers with exceptional drive, analytical ability and most importantly, friendly team players.  

You will manage strategic cross-functional projects aimed to improve the way our Group operates and will also help improve all things around our IT Governance. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Support in managing both small and large initiatives at corporate level
  • Create Presentation to present projects progression to be presented to senior team members and C-level executives
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct data analysis when necessary 
  • Facilitate communication among different departments 
  • Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and systems
  • Support in improving existing governance on our Tech Department
  • Deliver results. Learn from mistakes. Iterate.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

  •  A degree in business management, project management, or a related field
  • At least 2 year experience in managing projects at global level
  • Excellent organisational and retro planning skills demonstrating attention to detail 
  • Communication skills. Able to communicate complex ideas effectively in a clear way
  • Team players.  Ready to help and support teammates, adding up to the team. Share openly and transparently
  • Discomfort seekers. You never settle. Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic,  strive for success mindset, comfortable with change
  • Proficient in English
