Let’s take on a new amazing one by joining our Product Management team which is at the heart of our business.

We are looking for a Product Specialist for our Content Management System Products which power millions of LM Group pages used in user acquisition campaigns, capable of liasing with Data, SEM, SEO and Content specialists to reach ambitious conversion rate’s targets as a unique team. You will have the chance to see how content management works at scale, across a truly cross-functional team which you will work within.

Previous experience is definitely relevant, however we’re looking for a person with the growth mindset to be a fit across the team: proactive, motivated, passionate about creating amazing and converting  user experiences, friendly, team player and an honest and fun professional to be around with. 

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Specialist  at lastminute.com, you 

  • Understand the “why” behind our customers` problems in the travel space
  • Evolve our internal content management tools to enable creativity and content relevance
  • Manage the digital-native needs of our global company to create compelling online storytelling 
  • Be the Master of content management , an evangelist for all colleagues in the company such as performance marketing, search engine optimization,, content creation, creative curation, legal, promotion and merchandising
  • Work closely with Product managers, Engineers and Data to create powerful components across our content management architecture through agile practices
  • Act as the ambassador for the use of a common communication language across all digital assets 
  • Nurture the adoption of best practices in digital communications together with a team of designers
  • Support the organisation of an effective information architecture through our gigantic content library
  • Take care of the highest standards and pages consistency
  • Work with the Research team to A/B test and optimise landing pages
  • Cooperate with the  Copy team

Qualifications

  • Have strong knowledge of the CMS industry and experience as Content Creator
  • Have a track record of using landing pages as Conversion Rate Optimization tool
  • Posses design and UI skills alongside being HTML proficient
  • Understand the technicality behind web content creation, web analytics 
  • Worked as a web content manager for the past 3+ years
  • Participated in creating digital product in a multinational company through different departments 
  • Worked with users across the whole journey and you are able to define all user needs and feel ike a user (in user’s shoes) 
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English
