Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Refund Operator to join our BO Team. We need someone operative, with excellent GDS knowledge, familiar with a fast paced working environment. They will be responsible for managing supplier refund requests and create the refund practices in the dedicated BO tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Request refunds from suppliers based on communicated policies via GDS/BSP Refund Application or Low Cost tool (Travelfusion, Spark)/website
  • Create refund documents in the dedicated BO tool following the Refund Index procedure
  • Confirm customer eligibility for refunds (based on booking history) & update existing refund documents where applicable.



  • GDS knowledge (Sabre and/or Amadeus)
  • BSP Refund Application knowledge
  • Experience in travel/tourism
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of another language is a plus: Italian, Spanish, French, German.


  • Google Workspace or MS Office knowledge
  • Teamwork oriented, but able to deliver individual results when needed
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, self-motivated and used to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, flexible, can-do attitude.
