Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner for our Omnichannel Team. We aim to build a better and more efficient customer experience by leveraging automation and cutting-edge technology.

We are searching for a Customer Service and Product Design expert able to help our company to improve their Customer Relations through digitalization

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong focus on Conversation Designer & Chatbot Builder
  • Make our chatbot more effective, more conversational, and able to solve harder problems
  • Apply sentiment analysis, build recommendation engine and automate Customer Experience processes
  • Identify customers behaviors and needs through research and analysis and re-design conversational flows
  • Analyze multichannel customer journeys in order to identify improvement areas relying on digital strategy
  • Take full ownership of the product, the prioritization of new features and enhancements to existing features
  • Empower and collaborate with the other POs to unlock their full potential

Qualifications

  • Experience on Conversation Designer & Chatbot Builder
  • Strong technical product management experience with good understanding of customer experience
  • Be able to break complex problems into smaller logical ones and prioritize them with data
  • Curious by nature with attention to detail, able to take ownership, and get things done
  • Data driven. Base decisions on facts rather than opinions
  • Passionate about product development and constantly looking for ways to improve it
  • Open minded team player with excellent communication skills
